Sessions, Portrait Viewing and Pick Ups are by appointment only so that you have our full attention. That being said, don’t let us discourage you from dropping by as we love visiting with our clients. Not all sessions are in the studio so if no one is at the studio we are most likely on location.
Appointments can be booked during the day, evening or weekend.

Telephone hours are between 10am and 5pm Monday – Friday (780-460-8690).

J Shantz Photography holds many promotional events throughout the year with special package pricing and discounts, such as: ‘Summer Lovin’, ‘Christmas in August’, ‘Child Expressions’, ‘Dog and Cat days of Autumn’(Charity Event) and ‘Graduation Specials’.

Most of these events are annual promotions, and the dates do vary slightly from year to year. If you would like to know more about these promotions, their dates, or be added to our mailing list please contact us either through email or by telephone.

Policy:
Sessions fees are due prior to the session.  We do not consider your slot held unless a deposit has been received.  Session fees are non refundable.

You can reschedule a session but we do request 24hr notice or more if possible. Certain time slots can be popular and we try to accommodate everyone. So if you know you have to reschedule let us know.

A  50% deposit is required on all orders before we begin processing the order.

Online viewing is reserved for out of town and commercial clients.  All online orders require a $150 prior to the activation of the account.  The deposit is non refundable and used toward your print order.  Images will remain on line for 2 weeks.  More time can be added after the 2 weeks.

Please allow 2-8 weeks for your order to be completed.  Time lines depend on products and work load.
