I am very pleased to say that print competition went very well this past weekend. All 4 of my images were a success at the salon. 2 images in the Portrait Class received a Merit score, 1 image in the Fashion Class received a score of Excellent, and the last image was a Figure Study receiving a score of Accepted. So over all a very good submission.
I also won a Best in Class award for the Fashion image.
Here are the top scoring 3 images. The one on the left is the Fashion image. The 2 on the right are the portrait class images. I’m not avoiding showing the Figure study because it was the lowest scoring. I am actually not showing it online because the person in it probably wouldn’t want themselves naked online. Haha. Because in essence a figure study is just a nude portrait. So for privacy reasons you will just have to trust me that it is a great image!!
